These terms apply when you use the RichPOS software (pos.richdaddy.in) or this website, provided by RichPOS Software, Ahmedabad. By signing up or using the service you agree to them.
The service
RichPOS is online billing, inventory, reporting and point-of-sale software for businesses. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
Free trial
New accounts get a free 30-day trial with no card needed. The trial allows up to 200 items and customers, 500 invoices, 1 warehouse and 1 user. When the trial ends you need a paid plan to keep using the service.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are ₹199 per month or ₹2,000 per year, unless a different price is shown when you buy. Plans are paid in advance. Prices may change for future renewal periods; we will show the current price before you pay.
Your account
- Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for the actions of staff users you add.
- Give correct information when you sign up.
Your data and tax compliance
You own the business data you enter. RichPOS helps you create GST bills and reports, but you are responsible for the accuracy of your bills, tax rates, HSN codes and returns. Please confirm tax treatment with your chartered accountant.
Acceptable use
Do not use RichPOS for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Availability
We work to keep RichPOS available and your data backed up, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. Keep your own backups using the backup tools in the software.
Cancellation
You can stop using RichPOS at any time. See the refund and cancellation policy for how payments are handled. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or remain unpaid.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
