What RichPOS does not do

- No offline mode: RichPOS needs an internet connection to bill.
- Does not generate GST e-invoices (IRN) or e-way bills, and does not file GST returns on the GST portal. It produces GST-ready reports (including GSTR-1 sales data) for filing.
- No weighing-scale integration.
- No IMEI or serial-number tracking: individual phones are not tracked by IMEI in stock or on sold items.
- The online catalog takes orders on WhatsApp; it is not a full e-commerce store with online checkout.
- Tally export is a file export, not a live sync.
