Downloading RichPOS: questions

Which version should I download?

The one for the device you bill on. Windows PC: RichPOS for Windows. Mac: RichPOS for Mac (Apple Silicon and Intel). Linux PC (64-bit): the .deb for Ubuntu, Debian and Mint, or the AppImage for other distros. Android phone or tablet: the Android app. iPhone, iPad or any other device: use the web app at app.richdaddy.in in the browser. It is one account, so you can use several devices at once.

Is RichPOS free to download?

Yes, every app is a free download. You use them with a RichPOS account: a free 30-day trial with no card, then ₹99/month for the first 3 months, then ₹199/month, or ₹2,000/year. One plan covers the web, Windows, Mac and Android apps, with unlimited devices.

Does RichPOS work offline?

No. RichPOS needs an internet connection on every device, including the Windows and Mac apps. There is no offline billing. If the connection drops, the apps show a No internet screen and load again when you are back online.

Is there an iPhone or iPad app?

No, there is no App Store app. On iPhone and iPad, open https://app.richdaddy.in in Safari and log in: it is the same RichPOS with every feature. Tap Share → Add to Home Screen to get an icon.
