Common questions
Does RichPOS work in my city?
Yes, anywhere in India with an internet connection. RichPOS runs in the browser and on Android, and setup and support are online on WhatsApp, phone and email. RichPOS Software is based in Ahmedabad and has no offices in other cities.
Why does the GST state code matter on a bill?
The first two digits of a GSTIN are the state code. When your GSTIN and the buyer's start with the same code, a sale is usually intra-state with CGST + SGST; a different code usually means an inter-state sale with IGST.
Is the price different in different cities?
No. Every city has the same plans: a free 30-day trial, then ₹99/month for the first 3 months, ₹199/month after that, or ₹2,000/year.
