RichPOS opens in its own window on your Mac, with no browser tabs or address bar in the way.
Print agent built in
The RichPOS print agent comes inside the app and starts by itself every time you log in to your Mac. No Terminal needed.
Every bill prints by itself
In Printer setup, pick the printer, choose 80 mm or 58 mm and take a test print. After that every bill prints automatically on USB or LAN thermal printers.
Excel and PDF downloads
Reports and exports download as Excel or PDF to your Downloads folder, the same as in the browser.
Same account everywhere
Log in with the account you use on the web, in the Android app and on Windows. Bills, stock and reports are the same on every device.

How to install RichPOS on a Mac
Hindi/Hinglish steps under each line.
Open RichPOS-1.0.0.dmg from your Downloads folder. A window opens with the RichPOS icon and an Applications folder.
Downloads folder mein RichPOS-1.0.0.dmg kholiye. Ek window khulegi jismein RichPOS aur Applications folder dikhega.
Drag RichPOS onto the Applications folder, then close the window. (You can eject the RichPOS disk in Finder.)
RichPOS ko Applications folder par kheench ke chhodiye (drag). Phir window band kar dijiye.
The first time only: open Applications, right-click (or Control-click) RichPOS → Open → Open. macOS warns that it cannot verify the developer, because RichPOS for Mac is not notarized by Apple yet. The app is the same one we publish here, and the checksum below lets you confirm that.
Sirf pehli baar: Applications mein RichPOS par right-click → Open → Open dabaiye. macOS warning dikhayega kyunki app abhi Apple se notarized nahi hai. File wahi hai jo humne yahan di hai; neeche diye checksum se match kar sakte hain.
If macOS only offers Move to Bin or Done (newer macOS versions do this): click Done, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to “RichPOS was blocked”, click Open Anyway and enter your Mac password. After this one time, RichPOS opens normally.
Agar sirf "Move to Bin" ya "Done" aaye: Done dabaiye, System Settings → Privacy & Security kholiye, neeche "RichPOS was blocked" ke saamne Open Anyway dabaiye aur Mac ka password daaliye. Yeh sirf ek baar karna hai.
Log in with your RichPOS account.
Apne RichPOS account se login kijiye.
Printer setup opens by itself the first time. Enter the store admin username and password and click Connect, choose your printer and 80 mm or 58 mm, click Save printer, then Test print. (It is always in the Printer menu → Printer setup.)
Printer setup apne aap khulega. Admin username aur password daal ke Connect, printer aur 80/58 mm chun ke Save printer, phir Test print dabaiye. Ab har bill apne aap print hoga.

Is RichPOS for Mac free?
The Mac app is a free download. You use it with a RichPOS account: a free 30-day trial with no card, then ₹99/month for the first 3 months, then ₹199/month, or ₹2,000/year. One plan covers the web, Android, Windows and Mac apps, with unlimited devices and no per-device charge.
Why does my Mac say it cannot verify the developer?
Apple shows this warning for every app that is not notarized through Apple's paid developer programme. RichPOS for Mac is not notarized yet, so macOS cannot check it for you. That is why the first open needs right-click → Open, or System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. The file is published only on richdaddy.in by RichPOS Software, Ahmedabad; compare its SHA-256 checksum with the one on this page to be sure it is ours. If you prefer not to do this, use RichPOS in Safari or Chrome at https://app.richdaddy.in.
Which Macs does it run on?
macOS 11 Big Sur or later, on Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4) and Intel Macs. It is one universal app that runs natively on both.
Which printers work with RichPOS for Mac?
Thermal receipt printers with 58 mm or 80 mm paper. A LAN (network) printer works as soon as you type its IP address in Printer setup. A USB printer must first appear in System Settings → Printers & Scanners; Printer setup then lists it, and RichPOS sends the bill to it in raw mode. A4 printers work too.
Does RichPOS for Mac work offline?
No. RichPOS needs an internet connection to bill, on the Mac too. If the connection drops, the app shows a No internet screen and loads again when you are back online.
How do I remove it?
In RichPOS, choose Printer → Remove print agent. That stops the print agent and removes it from login. Then drag RichPOS from Applications to the Bin.
