RichPOS opens in its own window on your PC, with no browser tabs or address bar in the way.
Print agent built in
The RichPOS print agent installs with the app and starts with Windows. No Command Prompt, no separate setup.
Every bill prints by itself
In Printer setup, pick the printer, choose 80 mm or 58 mm and take a test print. After that every bill prints automatically on USB, Bluetooth or LAN thermal printers.
Excel and PDF downloads
Reports and exports download as Excel or PDF to your Downloads folder, the same as in the browser.
Same account everywhere
Log in with the account you use on the web and in the Android app. Bills, stock and reports are the same on every device.
Free updates
The app loads the latest RichPOS every time you open it, so new features arrive without reinstalling.
No admin rights needed
It installs for your Windows user only, so you do not need an administrator password to install it.

How to install RichPOS on Windows
Hindi/Hinglish steps under each line.
Run RichPOS-Setup-1.0.0.exe. If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info → Run anyway. Windows shows this because the app is new and not yet code-signed, not because something is wrong with it.
Setup file chalaiye. "Windows protected your PC" aaye to More info → Run anyway dabaiye. App naya hai aur abhi code-signed nahi hai, isliye Windows yeh warning dikhata hai.
Click Next → Install → Finish.
Next → Install → Finish dabaiye.
Open RichPOS and log in with your RichPOS account.
RichPOS kholiye aur apne RichPOS account se login kijiye.
Printer setup opens by itself the first time. Enter the store admin username and password, then click Connect. (Skip it if you like: it is always in the Printer menu → Printer setup.)
Printer setup apne aap khulega. Store ka admin username aur password daaliye, phir Connect dabaiye.
Choose your printer and the paper width, 80 mm or 58 mm, then click Save printer.
Apna printer chuniye, 80 ya 58 mm, phir Save printer dabaiye.
Click Test print. From now on every bill prints automatically.

Is RichPOS for Windows free?
The Windows app is a free download. You use it with a RichPOS account: a free 30-day trial with no card, then ₹99/month for the first 3 months, then ₹199/month, or ₹2,000/year. One plan covers the web, Android and Windows apps, with unlimited devices and no per-device charge.
Does RichPOS for Windows work offline?
No. RichPOS needs an internet connection to bill, on Windows too. There is no offline billing. If the connection drops, the app shows a No internet screen and loads again when you are back online.
Is there a RichPOS app for Mac?
Yes. RichPOS for Mac (macOS 11 or later, Apple Silicon and Intel) is on https://richdaddy.in/download/mac, with the same print agent. You can also use RichPOS in Safari or Chrome at https://app.richdaddy.in. It is the same account with the same features.
Which printers work with RichPOS for Windows?
Thermal receipt printers with 58 mm or 80 mm paper, connected by USB, Bluetooth or LAN (network). Printer setup lists the printers installed in Windows: pick one, choose 80 or 58 mm and take a test print, and every bill then prints automatically. A4 printers work too.
Is it safe? Why does Windows show a SmartScreen warning?
Yes. The installer is published only on richdaddy.in by RichPOS Software, Ahmedabad. Windows shows "Windows protected your PC" because the app is new and not yet code-signed, so SmartScreen does not know it yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. To make sure your file is the one we published, compare its SHA-256 checksum with the one on this page. It installs for your Windows user only and does not need admin rights.
