How RichPOS AI works
Ask in your own words
Type a question such as 'aaj ki sale kitni hui?' or 'which items are not selling?'. It replies in the language you write in: Hindi, Hinglish or English.
It answers from your figures
RichPOS gives the AI a fixed set of your store's numbers and tells it never to invent figures. It keeps the last few messages, so follow-up questions work.
Come back to old chats
Chats are saved with history. Reopen one later or delete it.
Scan a purchase bill
Upload a supplier bill as a photo (JPG, PNG) or PDF, up to 10 MB. RichPOS AI reads the supplier, invoice number, items and totals and matches the items to yours.
Check and save
Review and correct everything on the confirm page. The purchase is created only after you confirm.

What is RichPOS AI?

Can I ask questions in Hindi?
Yes. RichPOS AI replies in the language you write in, whether that is Hindi, Hinglish or English.
Does the AI make up numbers?
It is given a fixed set of your store's figures and told never to invent numbers. If a question needs data it does not have, such as ad spend, it says so. For accounts and GST, use the reports.
How much does RichPOS AI cost?
AI features use credits. At present each chat answer and each scanned purchase bill uses 1 credit, and ₹1 buys 1 credit. Every account starts with 1000 free credits, and more can be bought online in packs from ₹100.
Can AI enter my supplier bills?
Yes. Upload a photo or PDF of the supplier bill (up to 10 MB). RichPOS AI reads the supplier, invoice number, items and totals, matches items to your item list, and shows a confirm page. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Will my staff see profit through the AI?
Not while profit is locked. Dashboard profit opens only with the user's password, and while it is locked RichPOS AI refuses questions about profit, margin or cost.
Is RichPOS AI on the Android app?
Yes. The Android app has the same RichPOS AI chat, using the same chats and credits as the browser.
